Confused

Why have I not heard from the lady that told me about a great job opportunity for me.... Why have I not been officially hired at where I am currently working.... Why tell me to put my resume in for a position then find out maybe she hired someone else? Why keep me on as a temp when I am becoming valuable:( I pray that the Lord will guide me through this .... Minus all that... It is almost August! Ahhh! Lots to do! Going on a trip the first weekend, baby shower to go to, baby shower to host, and a few more things thrown in:) it is time to write on my phone calendar and make notes!
