Hungry

I need more protein for my snacks... Fruits and veggies are not cutting it. Making me jittery lightheaded and not good...

  2. Yo-plait just changed their WW points. Only 2 points for a yogurt.

  3. I will need to get some. I stick yogurt in the freezer and instead of dessert I grab a yogurt and let it thaw for a couple min and wallah frozen yogurt!
