Saturday breakfast in bed

Here are the pictures from breakfast on Saturday. The first one is pulling my mini monkey bread experiments out of the oven. The second one is after I flipped it out. Thirdly the finished breakfast! It started out trying to figure out how to use a cinnamon roll tube that had been in the fridge. Personally I don't think they taste that good. So, looking online gave me an idea. take out your dough from the tube and cut into small pieces, roll in sugar, put in pan, pour butter and caramel over top. Let it sit overnight and bake in morning. Overall, it was ok. Dusty ate it so that works for me=) So, this is how we started our Saturday! I was a little bummed that our maid didn't clean up after herself... lol. We joke sometimes that our "maid" quit so we have to get our own coffee or clean up after ourselves. =) It's funny in the moment. After lounging we went to a birthday party for a friends son and we bowled. It was mainly adults and just a handful of kids and one baby. It ended up being a lot of fun. Dusty and I were 1st and 2nd place for the first half of the game, then I tanked and got gutter balls... I guess the pressure got to me. They treated us to lunch afterwards as well and had a good time talking. Afterwards, we scouted out publix for the deals on Sunday. I think we bought some things. There was a 5 off 30 in the winn dixie ad so if you broke up your transactions to close as you could to 30 then use coupons you could get lots of stuff for cheap. I will go into that later. So, we closed out the night cutting coupons and watching some episodes of a tv show. I would have liked to tackle some cleaning... Sigh, so much to do so little time.
