Homemade Dog treats!

Pumpkin Dog Biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2Tbspn dry milk pwdr
  • 21/2 cups of white or ww flour (if you want really healthy treats I have heard brown rice flour is good?) Where would one get this kind of flour? not really sure.
  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. In a bowl stir together the eggs, pumpkin, milk pwdr, and flour. Add 2 tsp. of water or enough so that the dough comes together.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut into fun cookie cutter shapes. Repeat until dough is used. ( I use holiday appropriate ones and dog bone shapes)
  4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 min. Flip. Bake for another 20. You want them really dried out, so if they look burned that is ok!
  5. Let cool. Once completely cooled you can store in airtight container and/box up and give away!
