Homemade Dog treats!
Pumpkin Dog Biscuits
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2Tbspn dry milk pwdr
- 21/2 cups of white or ww flour (if you want really healthy treats I have heard brown rice flour is good?) Where would one get this kind of flour? not really sure.
- Preheat oven to 350*
- In a bowl stir together the eggs, pumpkin, milk pwdr, and flour. Add 2 tsp. of water or enough so that the dough comes together.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut into fun cookie cutter shapes. Repeat until dough is used. ( I use holiday appropriate ones and dog bone shapes)
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 min. Flip. Bake for another 20. You want them really dried out, so if they look burned that is ok!
- Let cool. Once completely cooled you can store in airtight container and/box up and give away!
