Yeah!!
I lost another pound!! YEAH!!!! That makes it 11.2 officially. My clothes are definitely loose and soon I will probably be wearing my 14 jeans! It gets a little frustrating sometimes about losing weight slowly. I watched biggest loser yesterday and they are losing massively compared to what we lose in the real world. Yes, I know they work out like 4 hours a day I think and they have nutritionists and doctors.... But it is encouraging to steadily go down. One thing I have not gotten yet is when do they take a point from me, I am currently on 36. I was on 37, but so far only lost one point. I seriously have too many points. I end up using my daily points for high value treats or what not and I never use my weekly points. ( Unless I am at my moms for the holidays lol) I guess its good I do not use my weeklies, and I do try to beef up my points during the day.. oh well, I will lose them one by one and I guess it slowly adjusts you to less. I am curious how much one gets on maintenance. I never went on maintenance with LA weight loss. I guess my mom did, but I do not remember what it was like. I think I have 3-4 weeks before my birthday I can safely say I plan on reaching 15 pounds by my birthday. I do need to step it up exercising, I know that will help with loss and toning. I guess that is all for now...

Well I thought I had already commented on this, but apparently it did not go through. Maintenance is pretty individualized on WW. It's a 6 week period before you meet lifetime in which you basically figure out how many points you need to eat to maintain your body weight. They usually start by adding 3-6 points a day and see how you do. Reuben eats 6 more points a day and is able to maintain. But you can also add more weekly points instead. Basically they don't care if you eat 50 points a day just as long as you maintain your body weight. Each person is different. I don't need that many points during the week (Monday - Thursday), so I probably will add more points on the weekends. Like for instance, I get 26 a day. I might do 26 or 29 during the week, and do 32 on the weekends. My old WW leader she eats 6 more a day, but if she is going out of town or on vacation or something, she will bump down 6 points the week before she goes and the week after she gets back to try to off set it. Lots of flexibility on WW. :)
